Valley Marketing USAPrepared for Dr. Scott Timko

Spinal decompression · PRP · Stem cell therapy

Ads for the care most chiropractors in Peoria don't offer

You told me these are the services that are hardest to fill. Here's how I'd change that. Each one gets its own offer, its own ads and its own budget, so a strong week for decompression never starves PRP. Swipe the carousels and read the copy beside each ad.

01 · The market

Who's already running these ads

I pulled the live ads from Meta's Ad Library on November 4, including Genesis and Disc Centers of America.

Down the street · active now

Genesis Back & Neck Peoria

Genesis has a Peoria location, and it's running decompression ads into your area right now, more than a dozen of them since August.

  • "Lasting Disc Pain Relief"
  • "Fix the Disc, Skip Surgery"
See their ad in the Ad Library ↗

National chain · hundreds of ads

Disc Centers of America

Every location runs the same playbook: a cheap evaluation and the words "non-surgical".

  • "$35 Spinal Decompression Evaluation (Reg. $350)"
  • "$47 Full Chiropractic Decompression Exam!"
  • "Non-Surgical Way to Address Back Pain"
See their ad in the Ad Library ↗

Everyone else · 7,000+ active ads

Decompression is a proven ad

Search "spinal decompression" in the Ad Library and you'll find more than 7,000 active ads in the US. Clinics don't keep paying for ads that don't book patients. Most offers land between $47 and $65.

  • "$49 Spinal Decompression Special"
  • "$55 First Decompression Visit"
See an example ↗

Regenerative · open in the West Valley

PRP and stem cell

The regenerative ads running in the Valley come from Scottsdale-based clinics, and they lead with stem cells and fear of surgery. I didn't find a Peoria or West Valley clinic advertising PRP.

  • "The Best Stem Cell Therapy in Arizona!" (R3 Stem Cell)
  • "Told You Need Knee Surgery?" (Regen Biologix)
See an example ↗

What none of them have: Billy, Rebecca, and a doctor who's been caring for patients in the Valley since 1999, already on camera. Genesis runs the same ads in Fargo, Coral Springs and West LA. Yours will be about Peoria and the people you've actually treated.

02 · Campaign one

Spinal decompression

This is the proven ad, and the one Genesis is already spending on in your area. We go after the same people with something they can't copy: your patients and your face.

  5. Gentle disc care, no cracking

Post text, version A

Spinal decompression is a gentle, non-surgical way to take pressure off the discs in the back and neck. Dr. Timko has been caring for patients in the Valley since 1999.

New patients can start with a $49 evaluation: a consultation, a full exam and X-rays if needed. Tap Book Now to pick a time.

Post text, version B

Sciatica, bulging discs and pain that runs down the leg are some of the most common reasons people come to us for decompression.

You lie on a padded table, fully clothed, while it gently stretches the spine. $49 evaluation for new patients at our Peoria office.

Why it works

Every decompression ad in the market leads with a cheap evaluation, so ours does too, but it puts a real doctor in a real exam room on the image instead of a stock model holding their back.

Billy hurt his back lifting and couldn't put his socks on without help. Ice, stretching and a TENS unit at home didn't touch it.

After about seven decompression sessions he started to feel relief. Swipe to see how it works. $49 evaluation for new patients in Peoria. Results vary.

Why it works

This is the ad that teaches. People who swipe all six cards already know what decompression is before they book, so the evaluation is about fit, not about explaining the machine.

Video 1 · Already filmed · cut from "Billy's Decompression Journey"

Billy's story, cut to 40 seconds

Hook0:18 to 0:26. "Lifting some heavy weights, felt a sharp pain, woke up the next morning and couldn't even get out of bed." On screen: Billy hurt his back lifting.
Tried0:54 to 1:02. Ice, a TENS unit at home, stretching, days off work.
Turn1:12 to 1:31. The X-ray, then "after about adjustment or decompression number seven, I started to feel relief."
Close1:39 to 1:47. "About number 15, I felt almost all the way better."
End card$49 decompression evaluation · Peoria · Tap Book Now. Small: Results vary.

Leave out "100% better" and "I don't see any other way to fix it". They're Billy's honest words, but in an ad they read as a promise. Needs Billy's written OK.

Video 2 · New · film on your phone, 25 seconds

Dr. Timko at the table

HookStanding next to the decompression table: "This is the table most people in Peoria don't know we have."
Body"It's called spinal decompression. You lie here, fully clothed, and it gently stretches the spine to take pressure off the discs. We use it a lot for sciatica, bulging discs and pain that runs down the leg."
ShowCut to someone on the table, relaxed, the machine running.
CTA"If you want to know if it's a fit, start with our $49 evaluation. Tap Book Now."

Film it vertical, by a window, in one take. It doesn't need to be polished. People trust a doctor talking normally more than a produced video.

03 · Campaign two

Regenerative medicine: PRP and stem cell

Cold ads lead with PRP for knees and joints, because it's easy to explain and easy to approve. Stem cell therapy comes up once someone's shown interest, and in the consultation room.

PRP uses a small amount of your own blood, spun down to concentrate the platelets, then placed right at the injured area. It's done in our Peoria office, and there's no surgery involved.

Rebecca came to us with knee pain from a torn meniscus. Her care included decompression, adjustments and PRP, and now she's back to her morning walks.

If you've been wondering about PRP, start with a free consultation in Peoria. Results vary.

Why it works

Knees are where the regenerative money is, and they're the easiest problem to picture. Leading with knees keeps the ad simple. The consultation covers elbows, shoulders and everything else.

  1. PRP or stem cell? Ask us
  2. Free regenerative consultation
  3. Which regenerative option fits?

Post text, version A

Not every joint problem needs the same treatment, and some don't need either one.

In a free consultation, Dr. Timko's team looks at what's going on and explains PRP and stem cell options in plain terms. Then you decide, with no pressure.

Why it works

This only shows to people who already watched most of a PRP video or swiped the carousel. They know what PRP is, so this is the first time stem cell therapy comes up, framed as a fit question instead of a promise. See "Keeping the ads approved" below for why.

04 · Keeping the ads approved

The lines we keep out

Health ads are the most rejected category on Meta, and a rejected ad can put the whole account under review. Every ad in this plan was written to pass. Here's the difference.

Gets rejectedAsking the viewer if they have a condition, like sciatica
What we write"Spinal decompression for sciatica in Peoria"
Gets rejectedSide-by-side "then and now" photos or X-ray comparisons
What we writeYour table, your office, your team, real patients
Risky"Fix the disc, skip surgery" (a promise)
What we write"Before back surgery, ask about decompression"
Risky"Pain-free", "100% better", "the only way to fix it"
What we writeA patient's own words about progress, plus "Results vary"
RiskyStem cells that "become joint cells and fix your joint"
What we write"We'll explain PRP and stem cell options and tell you if either fits"

Why stem cell therapy stays out of cold ads. The FDA has publicly warned people about unapproved stem cell and exosome products, and the FTC has taken action against clinics over what their stem cell ads promised. Meta reviews health claims ad by ad, and Google won't run most stem cell ads at all.

Your regenerative video is a strong explainer for someone who's already curious. A few lines in it, like the "master cells" that "fix your joint" and the 40 and 200 times numbers, are the kind of claims reviewers flag, so we don't repeat them in paid ads. Cold ads sell PRP and the free consultation, and the stem cell conversation happens with people who've raised their hand.

Patient privacy. We use Facebook's own lead forms rather than tracking patients across your website, and we never upload patient lists to Meta. That's the setup Meta's health data rules push clinics toward, and it keeps patient information out of Meta.

What I need from you

Nothing goes live until you've said yes to all of this.

  • The two offers. $49 decompression evaluation (consult, exam, X-rays if needed) and a free regenerative consultation. Do you want a first decompression session included in the $49?
  • Patient permission. A short signed release from Billy and Rebecca to use their videos and photos in paid ads.
  • Who does the injections. Which provider performs PRP and stem cell procedures, so the ads and the consult name the right person.
  • A typical decompression plan. Session length and how many sessions most people need. This goes in the follow-up script, not the ads.
  • Price ranges for PRP and stem cell. For your front desk's script only. Prices never appear in the ads.
  • Medicare wording. You're in network with Medicare, so the $49 offer needs the line "Not valid for Medicare, Medicaid or other federal insurance patients." Confirm it reads the way you want.
  • One hour to film. The table in action, your 25-second table video, a PRP draw and the centrifuge (no needle close-ups), and a quick hello from whoever does the injections.
  • Arizona board rules. Anything you already follow on testimonials or "free" offers.

Next step

Mark it up and send it back

Tell me which headlines you like, what to change, and the answers above. I'll build everything in your ad account, paused, and walk you through it before anything goes live.
